The HS Hardwares Injection Molded Magnetic Assembly is a precision-engineered magnetic component designed to provide a stable and accurate magnetic field source for rotary position sensing applications. The assembly combines a high-temperature N35UH NdFeB magnet with a durable PA66+GF33 glass-fiber reinforced injection-molded housing, ensuring excellent mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and long-term performance.
Developed for automotive, industrial, and motion-control systems, this magnetic assembly generates a consistent magnetic field that enables precise angular position detection when paired with Hall-effect sensors, magnetoresistive sensors, or other rotary sensing technologies.
The injection-molded structure securely encapsulates and positions the magnet, improving assembly accuracy, vibration resistance, and environmental durability. The N35UH magnet grade provides excellent magnetic stability and resistance to demagnetization, even in elevated-temperature operating environments.
