HS Hardwares SmCo Arc Magnet 6.95×2.05×1.38×28.7 mm is a precision-engineered samarium cobalt magnet designed for high-performance drive motor applications. Manufactured from premium Sm2Co17 material and available in magnetic grades YXG18–YXG35H, this arc-shaped magnet provides excellent magnetic stability, high coercivity, and superior temperature resistance.
The compact curved design is optimized for motor rotor assemblies, enabling efficient magnetic flux distribution and improved motor efficiency. Compared with conventional magnetic materials, SmCo magnets offer outstanding resistance to demagnetization and corrosion, making them ideal for demanding environments involving elevated temperatures and long service life requirements.
To meet different industrial requirements, the magnet is available with multiple surface treatments including Nickel-Copper-Nickel (Ni-Cu-Ni), Epoxy, Zinc, Parylene, and Gold coatings.
